I'm with you. I tried the whole smart watch thing (Moto360 V2) but hated being always tuned in to "the Matrix" with it. I now appreciate being able to turn the laptop and phone off when I want to and not be bothered by anything. So much nicer.
I do like how watches are making a comeback though, even if they are smart watches, after the decline because of everyone checking time on their mobiles. Hopefully with technologies like Swatches Smart pay those who want some convenience but still a bit of style of fun might jump ship back to analogue?
But if anything all this makes me value those "dumb watches" even more. And the person wearing them for shunning the smart watch revolution.
