Not sure if anyone watched the final last night, well during the interviews at the end there was one group 'Bad Lashes' girl group, and one of the singers what looks like a Rolex Sub.

Was it XFactor UK or USA or something else?

This was the UK version so could only work for UK, most likely. I also played the video through Mozilla Firefox.

It doesnt play in Google Chrome/Firefox/IE for me

Excellent find! It is, indeed, a Submariner (albeit the non-date version) and certainly made me smile when she adjusts it on her wrist, so that the camera can see it Good work, my friend!

Absolutely beautiful! Her name is Stacey Lincoln, and it is indeed a Rolex Submariner. I just love a Rolex Submariner on a slender wrist, a girl could wear nothing sexier. Here is another picture of her:
