I'd love to see pics, too! This, and the Cartier Tank Americaine, are my all-time favorite womens watches! Such a classic design.

It does absolutely nothing for me whether a girl wears her watch on either left or right arm 
But ain't that the beauty of fetishes? I like a classic leather strap feminine watch just as much as I like a giant steel watch on a womens wrist. And I absolutely loathe those D&G bracelet watches

Apparently, Katie Cassidy wears a Fiaba in 4th season of "Gossip Girl". My GF has it on DVD, I'll see if I can get you some screenshots.
In the meantime... not leather strap, but indeed a Fiaba (and the beautiful Catharine Amoroso):

HOWEVER.........!!!!!!!!!!! She did infact wear a Fiaba in at least one episode of "Melrose Place" (the 2009 relaunch season):
