Please Help Me ID....

Dear All...
Taken from a very poor MPEG-4 clip I have, I'm looking to ID this particular offering...
Its taken off of a clip from a XXX star from the Phillipines, I'm not hopeful as no doubt its a copy, or some Far Eastern brand name....
But looking to atleast take brand names/models of anything remotely similar.....I'm looking to add it to my collection
