Ewwww!! Sorry mate, but I think you are being charitable when suggesting that this woman is in her mid 30s. My dad's sisters look younger than she does, and they're in their late 40s!
As for the watch, it's kinda hard to guess, since it's on one of those cheap, tacky expanding straps which you find on watches sold for a few quid at car boot sales/Sunday markets.
