This is a quite generic design. Some Chinese factory makes the watches, and brand them per request of any client. That's why you see basically the same kind of watches branded differently. The client (Adidas in this case) may request small alterations to the design to make them slightly original, but basically it's a generic design.
Adding to what I wrote earlier, the brand Skagen is a perfect example. The watches themselves are made in Hong Kong or China. Skagen asks for redesigns based on their own ideas (their ideas being, what they call their "designs") and the factory makes these and rebrand the watches "Skagen". Their basic designs however, can by branded anything any client would want.
But Skagen has done a lot of marketing, so their "designs" are now associated with the Skagen brand although they are simply small alterations of a generic design made in Hong Kong. Pretty clever.

In the photo, the watch is in focus and looks very sharp in contrast to the girl. I don't think it's a hard thing to do for a good photographer tho.
